“A dress code.. Well we could dress up a bit for it but nothing too fancy like wedding type of fancy tho as it’s just a picnic. Just try to finding something that is comfortable to wear that’s also a bit formal” *they placed a hand on the left side of their face, holding his index finger and thumb higher up against his face while the rest were placed against their palm and face, just resting there.* “As for the time we could do it some point this week, maybe sometime in next couple of days. If our schedules match up. I also will make sure to check with Lacuna about it tomorrow, to see she has a clear schedule anyday this week.”

"Sounds great! I pretty sure i got somethin' formal in my room somewhere.." *It leans onto the doorframe, stretching out.* "I'm real excited for this! An' don't worry, i'll make sure to bring somethin' really good to the picnic! Real, REAL good."

“Glad to see that you’re excited about it, can’t wait to see what you bring to the picnic even if I don’t actually eat; it would still be interesting to see. Also what clothes you end up wearing, that too.” *He looks to his left for a minute, seemingly lost in thought before turning back to Patchwork* “Well I probably should be on my way now, see you soon. ”

"Have a good one cosmos! Oh, an' watch out too! The call of the void is real, real strong this time of year."

"Well, glad of you to drop by! The tv actually is new, i got it from the dumpster like....2 years ago? Fixed it up real nic-..." *Checkerboard looks up from its magazine, glaring at cosmos.* "My room is not sad!! It just has character. Lots of it actually. I did almost die from another fight though. However lacuna patched me up! She is...really..really sweet! Like i met her a while back an' honestly? I consider her to be like...a good friend." *As it speaks, its tail wags about, the stars on it twinkling a little brighter.* "Hows marie doin'? Have you heard from her in a bit?"

"Well, when you go back to see marie tell her i say a hi or two!" *It pats the bed, running its paw over the various dips in it.* "Well uh...i got this first! Actually i got kinda tired of sleeping on a blanket, so i got this! And yea, lacuna is seriously great!"

”Glad to see you’re not sleeping on the ground anymore and I definitely will tell Marie that you said”

"What brings ya to the void anyway? Dontcha got plans or somethin' important to do? Unless you wanna go to another bar with me? Found this real nice abandoned one, had a few things unclamined and ripe for the takinggg~!" *It says that last sentence in a sing-song voice, looking up at cosmos with puppy dog eyes.*

"Well, glad of you to drop by! The tv actually is new, i got it from the dumpster like....2 years ago? Fixed it up real nic-..." *Checkerboard looks up from its magazine, glaring at cosmos.* "My room is not sad!! It just has character. Lots of it actually. I did almost die from another fight though. However lacuna patched me up! She is...really..really sweet! Like i met her a while back an' honestly? "Hey lacuna. Soooo rwmember the last time when you told me to not get in trouble or something of the sort? Well, i techincally didn't, but i did get tricked andddd im stuck. As a human. Also, you need better secuirty around here, way, way too easy to get in your house."

"....that is...weirdly omnious, but alrighty. Gimme a sec, will ya?" *It opens her window amd steps out, closing it behind it. It pulls out a megaphone and clears its throat.* "HI. HELLO. CREATOR OF SOME SORT, CAN I PLEASE BE...felt? Was i felt? Im pretty sure i was made out faux fur and felt or something. CAN I PLEASE BE HOW I WAS BEFORE I WAS HUMAN. A PUPPET. PLEASE AN' THANK YOU." *It climbs back into the house through the window.* "Alll righty lacuna. Soo...how long do creators take?"

I’m not too sure but I know if you’re lucky it won’t take to long.

"Rad. So uh....do you mind when i causally come into your house? I mean, it is insanely easy to get in. Besides, you can come into my house!!!"

oh it doesn’t bother me when you do that, it’s fine.
