Occasionally I need to remind myself of how far I have come. It’s winter in Montana and I have still managed to maintain my weight! I haven’t lost, but I haven’t gained either. I think it not only has to do with the life changes but the positive and supportive people/friends we have found in this beautiful little town of Gardiner! (FYI-this sweatshirt NEVER would have fit me before!!!) New health products to come for a happy healthy body!
