Together Again // Scianna

Lianna felt a tiny shiver run up her back at Scott stole a kiss, knowing about the habit of him kissing her when she bites her lip. She couldn’t help but giggle as he showed her a wild smile though as she mentioned future projects, Lianna’s heart swelling at his reaction. “Yeah, probably. I’ve been thinking about really getting into it again. Maybe there is something here in California for me with photography…Plus, I don’t wanna just sit around if I’m not working, you know? I gotta keep myself occupied.”

Scott nodded. “I think that’s a great idea, sweets. Your pictures were always so great.” He tucked her hair behind her ear and smiled at her. He hand always been so proud of her when she showed him her photography. He wanted Lianna to have something that meant as much to her as soccer meant to him. “Maybe I can talk to someone at the arts department about photography opportunities for you.”

Lianna felt a smile creep onto her lips as Scott spoke softly, her fingers now moving to tangle in his hair. She carefully pulled her head to look up at him, teeth chewing on her bottom lip. “Well, there’s not much more to show. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and there’s a tiny room for an office space. I might use it for some work or somethin’. I got some projects up my sleeve…” Lianna felt her lips pull even more as a bright smile projected towards Scott, her hands moving to slowly rub his shoulders. 

Scott stole a kiss after she bit her lip. Some things would never change with them, and the way Lianna biting her lip made him want to kiss her was one of them. Scott glanced around as she listed the other rooms, but her mention of projects got his attention. He looked back at her ad smiled wide. “Projects?” he asked. “What kind of projects? Photography?”

Scott hummed and lifted his head to kiss her lips softly. Truly he didn’t care what they did. He was just so happy to have her there, to hold her. “Whatever you want,” he whispered back. His hand that still lingered on her neck moved to caress her cheek. 

Lianna felt a slight smile rise on her lips as Scott kissed them softly, her fingers moving down his chest slowly. “You choose. I want you to choose, sheep…” She whispered to him, leaning up to kiss down his jaw. 

Scott sighed softly at the feeling of her lips on his skin. “You know how much I miss you when we’re apart,” he said softly, his hand rubbing her back slowly. “But I can wait for the tour to be over,” he admitted.

Lianna felt a soft sigh escape her lips as Scott’s fingers trailed on her skin, his kisses making goosebumps rise on the skin as well. She forgot how much she missed this side of Scott, the tender side that even by just touching her, her knees could go weak. “Should we continue the tour? Or just stop here?” Lianna whispered, her fingers running down his back. 

Scott hummed and lifted his head to kiss her lips softly. Truly he didn’t care what they did. He was just so happy to have her there, to hold her. “Whatever you want,” he whispered back. His hand that still lingered on her neck moved to caress her cheek.

“I’m happy too…” Lianna sighed out softly, tilting her head as she felt Scott’s lips gently kiss her skin. She smiled wide as a new tint of red hit her cheeks and she carefully turned around in his arms, her fingers tangling in his hair. “I’ve missed you…”

“I’ve missed you too,” Scott whispered against her skin. He slipped his hand under her shirt and ran it up her back slowly. He left a few kisses down her neck to her collarbone. “So much.”

Lianna let out a soft giggle, pulling him towards the bedroom. “Here it is. It’s not really big but- I think it’ll do for now.” She spoke softly, walking into the small room, the only thing in there were her suitcases and the mattress in the floor. “The window doesn’t have the greatest scenery either, but-” Lianna shrugged, looking out the window. “It’s better than nothing…”

Scott glanced around the room as Lianna spoke, but he stayed close to her. He was always the same during the first few hours together after a long time apart. “Better than nothing,” he repeated with a nod. “As long as you’re here with me, I’m happy.” Scott wrapped his arms around her middle and dropped his head to kiss Lianna’s neck gently.
