“If she loved me, should would’ve done this. So she doesn’t.” Or “He said this, so he doesn’t love me”

Everyone loves in different ways and has different capacity’s to which they are able to love.

That person who treats you poorly, they might not be lying when they say it.

They very well may love you - but only to the fullest capacity in which they are able to.

However, you have the right to decide if that type of love is not for you. And that is okay.

Accept that the way they love you is not what you want, need or deserve.

Let you both find someone who matches your love styles so you can be happy.

Letting go is NOT letting go of your desire and not thinking about it ever again 🤦🏻‍♀️cuz if you have it you'll obviously think about it. I manifested this phone I'm typing on but do I not think about it anymore when it's literally right in front me??? THINK FROM THE STATE OF HAVING IT. Now that I have this phone, do i think about wanting it? Or if I affirmed 2827 times today? Or do i worry that it might not manifest WHEN I ALREADY FLIPPIN' HAVE IT??? OFC NOT. I have LET GO of the desperation or want for it. Letting go is letting go of wanting it or whatever like thinking whatever you'd think from the not having it state. Let it go. Think as if you already have it. And just randomly thinking about your desire and being like "oh no, ACTUALLY I do have it." That's also affirming. That's why we say affirm and by that we don't mean you necessarily have to affirm all day long. Repetition ≠ affirm. Affirming is stating as a FACT. You can just affirm whenever you think of your desire. It's completely okay to robotically affirm or affirming with feeling or affirming with a timer or whatever. As long as you are thinking as if, thinking from the state of having it. Even if it's visualisation or scripting or idk whatever method that works for you is okay as long as you're in the knowing of having it. You don't need feelings to know btw. The knowing feeling is just so natural dw about it.
