2nd Division - clear punishment. Since he's a fast runner, has a thing for stealth and poisons it's easy to assume dirty work would be dumped @ his head. 4th Division - volunteering. On the other side, I don't think medical squad would be highly against his presence, 'specially, after discovering extension of his knowledge could be handy placed in practice (under supervision ofc). From pieces of information he would provide about himself it would be field more specific -> immunology & toxicology.

8th Division - he'd pathetically volunteer for sheer thought that helping with resources means 80% doing nothing when no one rings trouble and remaining 20% pursuing your hobby.

Following the events of Thousand-Year Blood War, the Death Dealer permanently lost interest in observing the result of His Majesty's creation and joined a fraction of disloyal Quincys, betraying him, and eventually contributing to one of many factors leading to his fall. Avoiding possible confrontation with the Gotei and finally using the opportunity to start freshly the way he pleased ... he fled into the human world where he settled in Vienna; the bith country of his mother. His fate and deeds remain unknown.
