“Hmmm. I wonder how the comics differ between Universes. Also, would he recognize this face? Cause I kinda look like your childhood friend.”

“Well then I’m excited to go see you perform!” he says with a grin. “Gimme an invite.”

“What? Embarrassed that your band mates will see a cute older guy cheering you on?” he says, his grin somehow growing even wider. “Maybe they’ll think I’m your boyfriend!”

“Sorry Ms. Science Major.” he teases, even though that’s technically him. He makes glasses with his hands.

“Doesn’t make me a nerd.” Gwen folded her arms. “Not like I have a collection of comics.”

“You don’t have to be a social butterfly to enjoy concerts!” Gwen put her hands on her hips. “Do you think I’m a social butterfly? I just like good music!”

Noticing the cold shoulder, he does Spider-Hero Tactic #307. Distraction. “So you play drums huh? Why is it always the singer who leads the band? The drummer is the one who sets the pace of the song. Without the drummer some of the best songs ever would be much worse.”

The blonde chuckled. “Yeah, I’m a drummer. I guess because singers tend to be loud and sing actual words. I enjoy what I do.”
