Idk

One of the things that i have a breakdown:

1. Thesis (hate love relationship with this one).

2. Questioning the existence of self.

3. Self-loathing because I've been a spender (supposed to be a saver and idk if i deserve to spend this much).

4. Money (makes me bleed tears)

One of the things that I'm gratitude of:

1. Treat my friends with food and made me feel relief that doing the small things made me free from my guilt, maybe? Somehow made me feel dopamine.

2. Counseling is hard even though i don't see myself a counselor that i feel i need to pursuit myself to be one. It made me realized a lot of things that my professor told me.

3. Family interventions.

4. The true friends who always insults you than being complimented.

5. Myself ofc for being brave and coward but still marching in the black parade 😌👍🏼
