People don’t realize how broken you are till you are not there anymore.

Sometimes I want to let the mental illness consume me fully so I can stop fighting and not be exhausted anymore. Sometimes I want to give up and feel the release.

My problem is I never healed I just kept going

is anyone else like....... exhausted? just way too tired? mentally and physically? and you look at other people your age who seem to be doing fine and you feel so dysfunctional and broken because normal adult tasks and responsibilities just feel way too overwhelming and you can’t cope and

I can’t shake this feeling that I don’t belong. I always feel misplaced, unwanted, unloved. Every sign of love seems false and forced. I feel so isolated and alone.
