So, this town got incredibly boring.

It's always been a little boring around town, but now I feel like it's gotten a lot worse lately. Or maybe it's just me.

     ”I find it very scary that college is starting in a month and I’ve literally done nothing at all to prepare for the college life.”

You should probably start preparing now, otherwise you'll look like a noob compared to everyone else.

I’d be invisible so I can sneak around and go anywhere I want.

That's pretty smart, actually. I'd probably go with something like mind control or super-strength or something else that's equally cool.

I’d like to think the effort could be worth it in the end. You never know until you try. Hm, true, but then again, it’s summer — you’ve got tons of time to spend with family and friends, trust me. Yeah? How far, exactly?

Hm, maybe I should get a job for the remainder of summer then? I might start school in the fall, but I guess having a job 'til then might be good for me. Well, I got a fiance and two pets and a pretty sweet apartment, so I'd say that's a major score for me considering I didn't do much.

I don’t think lying around can get you anywhere, Scamp. Your best bet is to just try everything, y’know?

But what if I make a total ass of myself while trying all these jobs? Or what if it winds up getting in the way of spending time with my friends and family? And you'd be surprised at how far lying around has gotten me so far.

I’d somewhat understand it tasting like turkey, but why stuffing? Not everyone likes stuffing nor do they turkey, but you know what, almost everyone likes rolls and mashed potatoes. 

Well, not everyone likes mashed potatoes or rolls either, especially since some people could be allergice to 'em. I'd say turkey is what it tastes like, maybe with a side of stuffing and cranberry sauce on the side.

So I’ve came to the conclusion that if Thanksgiving truly had a taste, it’d be something like mashed potatoes or those really good, little rolls.

It's not even close to Thanksgiving, though? And if it really did have a taste, it'd be turkey and stuffing.

That does sound like fun.

It really was! Probably the funnest kidnapping I've ever been part of. Oh, they took me to see that new Transformers movie! It was pretty boss, to be honest.

Well I’ve yet to find one.

Tom works at this bakery across town and the old ladies there are super nice. Maybe it's 'cause I'm his fiance and all, but they've restored my faith in old people.

Exactly! Oh he has? I’ll be okay with him. 

Yep, he sure has! I think he's in that phase where he just wants to always play with people and jump around now that he's all big and stuff. We can always hide him in our bedroom though, that way you can have the kitchen and living room to yourself.

Uh’, kinda’, but no — not really. It’s like, when the person who was kidnapped falls in love with the person that kidnapped them. The question is — have you reached that level yet?

Seeing as that I'm happily engaged to the actual love of my life, I think it's safe to say I haven't reached that level of weird yet. Plus they only kidnappped me for a couple hours, so that's not really enough time to fall for someone.

Why use a library when you have me, right? I just apologize in advance for Bear; he's gotten a lot bigger since you last saw him and he likes to jump on people. He doesn't bite, though, so no worries.

I don’t get old people. They’re either terrified of me or they treat me like I’m their 12 year old grandson. Either way it’s fucking weird, I’m dreading turning older than 25.

Getting older than 25 won't automatically make you a weird old person, y'know. Besides, some old people are actually kinda nice.

I dunno’ if I’d consider that kidnapping, really. ‘Cause like, that’s bad, yeah? But what happened to you sounds pretty good, I’ve gotta’ say. Unless some weird Stockholm Syndrome thing went on. 

Isn't Stockholm Syndrome when someone kidnaps you and keeps you all to themselves 'cause they've got this really creepy thing for you? Pretty sure my friends haven't reached that level of weird yet.
