・韓国国籍の船舶が北朝鮮の船舶に不法に石油製品の積み替えを行っていた疑惑を日本が1月に指摘してきたが、韓国はそれを認めなかった

・今のタイミングで認め、4320tの軽油を北朝鮮に渡していたこともわかった

・韓国籍の船舶に注目したアメリカ当局が3月に米財務省などが北朝鮮と違法に積み替えをしたと思われる「疑わしいリスト」に韓国船舶が挙げられた

・日本が指摘しても認めず、アメリカの指摘によりようやく瀬取りを認めた韓国。レーダー照射も瀬取り行為中だったのではないだろうか。
