i have been wrong multiple times this expansion but it seems like knight has not been traded yet? at the end of this phase, she will count towards one of vegas’ five players and then asap or during the draft, she will be traded to detroit for that pick?

at least ottawa has a lot of salary space now? but it’s not like players want to come play in ottawa so :/

the way i haven’t seen a single person talk abt ottawa leaving cava unprotected or potentially losing cava. not even any of the sports journalists. is everyone resigned to the loss? or do they think she’s not on any team’s radar? bc there’s discussion abt clark being vulnerable

also its kinda cool that the new signings announced this week are like actually real. besides a trade situation, kirk will actually be playing in toronto for 3 years instead of this potentiality where she could get taken to an expansion team
