The third in the series, better than the second for sure although not convinced by the ending. Loved the glimpse into the universe beyond and what awaits humanity. Bringing the religion element in felt fresh but confused to the purpose, and maybe that's the one flaw I felt in the book. Looking forward to the next one still!

Read this again, probably the first time was over a decade ago? I remembered almost nothing which made for a delightful read. It's every bit as good as they say it is!
Another 'not as great as the first' for me But! still really enjoyed it. I devoured this book and was so engaged, just felt a bit too linear. Loved the floating city too, wonder if we will see it again in the future
Man, I've been loving Becky Chambers' writing after accidentally jumping in on the second Wayfarers book! While this is the weakest read so far it was still really rewarding to read. It jumps around rapidly between different viewpoints, with each being only 3 or 4 pages long, but over the course of the book each character fleshes out and develops so well, and the story doesn't end up where I expected. Definitely recommended!
