Dubbed this super cute commenrcial of McDo for our creative writing class and it was awesome. Hahahaha We (me and my partner, Queency) laughed our asses out.

Girl: Am I your girlfriend already?

Boy: No. Im not yet ready eh. Girls are yucky. You dont brush your teeth.You dont take a bath everyday. hayyy 

Girl: All I want is Mcdo Fries eh.

Creative Writing: Cosplay

Had fun telling Edward Scissorhands’ story. It was awesome immitating someone you’re really a fan of. Johnny Depp is one of my inspirations and I grew up watching his movies and being able to cosplay one of his awesome characters is an honor. 

Death is something that people are afraid of

For it takes wonderful memories and leave us with no hope

But what if death is the answer to end the crimes of our nation

Would you still disagree or second the notion?

Death Penalty is not the answer to the criminality of our nation.

It will not decrease the crime rate but kill only more innocent people.

It will increase more criminality for it tolerates sadistic acts.

Criminals are just people and should be treated not unjust.

Death Penalty will stop people from doing heinous crimes.

This will serve as a warning to their evil minds.

For they will think about the suffering that they will experience.

When they rape or kill someone who will be defended by the state.

But what if you punished someone who is innocent?

Is death penalty still something to be worth doing?

There are flaws in the justice system in every country’s government.

Many people will be put to death even if they do not deserve to be dead.

Yet.. Death penalty is what criminals deserve to have.

It depends on the country how they legalize this kind of act.

Because there are criminals who are repeat offenders and not scared to be imprisoned.

They should be put to death to give justice to their victims and its nation.

But this punishment is not humane and cannot be undone.

For it takes a life of a person just like criminals could have done

It violates the natural right of a person to live.

Finding justice by hanging a person or firing a riffle to get him killed.

By hanging and by firing is different from lethal injection

Those are barbaric acts that are found way back before the civilization.

What death penalty aims is a silent and quick punishment.

I still remember,

The day when we first met.

It was the first day,

When the sun was about to set.

Were walking the parkway,

And we could feel the breeze of the air.

I know it’s different

But I love just how you stare.

Oh I know, youre the one that I love from the start

Were too young but I know we cant be set apart.

Oh, they say forever’s just a word.

No were not perfect but still we’ll go.

Places are just destinations. I believe that wherever you are as long as youre with your loved one the place is worth remembering.

My family is a very simple one. We do not go celebrating holidays in extravagant places. Or go to parks and out of the country to spend time together. We actually love hanging out at our place. AT HOME. 

These pictures were taken a year ago. We celebrated my cousin’s birthday and new year at my Tita’s house. The house is very cozy. It has a big yard outside where we can play and do some activities. The air was very cold yet comforting because of the Christmas season.

My mom brought food such as spaghetti, inihaw, kalamay and at lot more. We ate and danced the whole night. Laugh and had fun together. After we ate, my little cousins did a stop dance game. It was so funny because there faces were all distorted whenever the song stops. 

This was the most unforgettable experience that I have ever had. 

Every year, since I graduated highschool, it has been my tradition to attend the UP Fair. It is a fair, obviously, where there is a carnival, food trucks and stalls and a concert to watch all your favorite OPM bands. 

The video attached here is the moment I first saw Parokya ni Edgar performed before my eyes. LIVE! It was the most magical moment for me. My childhood heroes stood in front of me singing all the beautiful and inspiring songs that I have and still listening to since I was a kid.

I grew up in a family that is very musically inclined and to meet one of the legendary bands here in the ph is so much for me.

The stage was perfect, not to glamorous with the lights and stuff. The moment was focused on the performance. A performance full of life and nostalgia. The audience cheer and sing along as PNE perform their hearts out out. A beautiful moment to remember.

I dont really remember a lot of memories when I was a child. My dad told me that they named me after him. His name is *Rafael* and since Im a girl they named be *Rafaela Mae*. I really hated this name when I was in elementary and high school. But as grow older, my father really love me because I was named after him. 

When I was little, my father was always not with us. He’s a seaman and he only goes to the Ph whenever the cruise is done. I remember him as a loving father. Whenever he’s around he would always tell us stories from his childhood. Climbing up mountains and beautiful trees in his hometown in Malabalay, Bukidnon. He was like touring us around the forest where he used to play and how he and his family would live in their land. 

There were a lot times that my family and I would go to grotto church in bulacan and have a picnic there after the mass. I remember the colorful kakanin that were being sold there. A lot of families would go to the lawn area and spread there blankets and just hangout feeling the blessed air around us.

My family is very simple. We are not extravagant in doing things. We love hanging out at home and my mom would cook delicious food. My sister, brother and I always fool around wrestling each other.

The fondest memory of them all was whenever I got sick. My mom will always be my medicine. She’s the most loving mother and I love her so much, also my dad. She would cook my favorite food and just take care of me, tapping me softly to sleep. 

Holla. I’m Ella.

My full name is Rafaela Mae Sacramento Alburo and I’m 20 years old. I really dont actually know how to describe myself but I can say that I’m very weird. I’m quite peculiar in many ways and I see myself as my bestfriend. (because I really dont have one, lol jk. Shout out to Francis my best bud!) For real, I really consider myself as my best friend because most of the time, I like to be alone. Maybe because I dont want to depend on other people whenever I do stuff. I love music, photgraphy, tattoos, art, american series, movies and now a days, I’m fascinated with Korean culture. I love attending concerts because it makes me feel alive but there are only few opportunities to do so because first, Im broke and second Im broke. Ha ha ha

If I would to describe myself physically, I’m fat. Not fat in a bad way, but fat in a good way because I dont feel fat. (Is that a good thing?) I mean, I love myself the way I look and I embrace my extra cellulite on my thighs and the way my tummy roll. I dont have a lot of insecurities because I know I possess things that only I can have. Mentally, I think I’m stable but not at all times. he he he 

As a student, I think I do good in school. Just low key studying Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English in National University Manila. I was actually a shiftee from the college of engineering. My mind went nuts that’s why I shifted. This was actually not my dream. I always dreamnt of becoming a Pilot and going to the airforce but in life you really cant have it all. We’re not a rich family, we’re just so-so. Attending a Aeronautical school wayyyyyy too expensive so I decided to go for Engineering. Mechanical Engineering to be exact but It all went to the trash can when I started to lose all control of my life and crash. I was devastated enough to blame other people for my failure but also devastated enough to realize that Im the one to blame. Long story short, I broke up with Mathematics cause he broke my heart and welcomed English in my loving arms. lol

My mantra everyday is ‘Stay Alive’. It motivates me to finish something of make my day meaningful but I still suck. I would like to tattoo that phrase on my body but I dont know yet. Someday.
