quo’vek beta has 2 stars and seven moons. two of these moons are artificial; as a means of getting to other moons that are generally used for agriculture and farming.
tidal locked, however due to having two suns, the entire planet gets constant dim sunlight and some warmth.

bodies of water are very dangerous; and there’s a good amount of it, considering the size of their planet. the most vicious of creatures dwell in the water, and it’s rumored that those who wish to escape society need only to get themselves a sturdy houseboat and set sail, if they’re willing to fight for their life against what lurks in the water.
generally the animals are extremely dangerous, larger and have so many teeth. too many teeth. taming animals is a very rare craft, a job that’s passed down by generation. if your parents trained animals, you will train animals. you have no choice.
the state of the plants on the planet is actually very good. the h’carth don’t produce much waste, and reuse what they can, so flowers and trees flourish.
the environment on the planet isn’t consistent due to its size and surroundings, and varies wildly, though with a few similarities.
made up of 19 continents, 10 of which are inhabited. the others belong to raiders, or is too densely packed with animals to be habitable. much of their planet is still unknown, and aircrafts must travel around many of these continent’s air space because of how densely packed the clouds are, and how violent the weather can be.
once a calm planet, now on constant political edge.
advanced technology and buildings, capable of space travel; yet somehow still have extremely barbaric punishments for even the least dangerous of crimes. public beheading and punishments are a family affair.
despite being capable of space travel and having made contact and becoming known with other alien governments, that are a closed society. no one who isn’t a governor ( or n’aeght + some legends ) has gotten in or out of the planet for nearly two thousand earth years.
cannibalism is a fading activity of the past. now punishable by death, it used to be a common event; in the pits, when the victor eliminated his enemy, the resident butcher would skin and clean the corpse and allow the victor to take their gains to their family and have a celebratory dinner that they’ve survived the ordeal.
although the cannibalistic tradition has since been deemed sacrilegious, the pit is still active. located in the largest city of the h’carth-y’vet, it is one of the few attractions that draws the attention of not just a particular subspecies. it’s a large underground structure where people who have a criminal record and have been randomly picked go to entertain birthday parties and marriages by fighting. not to the death. but often times the battles take a more violent turn.
the h’carth build up and down. their methods are generally the same throughout their countries, though materials differ. their buildings are generally thin and long, and extremely tall, towering above any structures on earth. houses stand upon stilts or hang on thick wire attached to other high rise buildings. the higher you’re up, the more you can afford. however, even at the ground level, people have made their own separate way of living, digging downwards to protect themselves from the elements, expanding buildings far underground. the surface is usually used only to get from place to place, and where shops might be. out in the country, with more humble villages, you might find more people living on the surface, but often times they fantasize about living in the sky.
fruit upon the planet isn’t similar to earth’s fruit. quo’vek beta’s fruit is natural growing meat that bleeds, which is where most of their food is harvested from. the fauna upon the planet is too aggressive to be considered a static means of gathering food, so farming pays.
exploratory missions are open for those who are low on cash, or wish to avoid jail time. this requires them to reach other continents and record what they see there. a very dangerous occupation, rarely do these people make it out alive. some people, however, do this for a living, in groups. often times these people become raiders or scavengers, not wishing to return to mainland.
scavengers who are well accustomed to traveling through water, unlike the rest of society, can turn to piracy if they wish, robbing settlements and fishing for bigger and bigger game.
three subspecies. they keep to themselves most of the time, on their respective continents. you could say they’re separate worlds, even. they only communicate with each other for business or political gatherings. however, in up and coming times, settlements have been made to be inclusive of multiple subspecies, much to the chagrin and dismay of people who hold the belief that they should not intermingle, in fear of mixed breeds to appear and become normalized in society.
the three subspecies, h’carth-y’vet, h’carth-thae, and h’carth-suda are pure; there isn’t any intermingling between the three, as not only are they generally not physically compatible, but their offspring does not generally survive longer than a few hours after their birth. it is considered repulsive to have a child with someone who isn’t of your species, and if found, the child and birther will be sentenced to death.

skin some shade of blue.
thin, but healthily so.
impressively long limbs.
black blood.
the h’carth are predators, born killers, equipped for it too. with an array of fangs that can dent metal, nails made for cutting flesh, high speed and stamina, they are comparable to a monster. at first glance, you might think them to be feral, with how drool gushes from their lips, slit pupils looking at you in a way that makes you think that you might be their next meal.
