Enter the vault hidden deep in Chicago, inside are strange people who believe in their saviour, Vault boy.

Many rules are put into place for his followers of the vault if any are broken the Overseer must step in to keep the peace.

Unsure whether to make this a faction or just for quests like Vault 88.
