I hate to say this, but this is false. Guys, the article has no sources. They have no proof of their claim. At one point they cite a Justice Gazette article, but another website already proved (with sources) that it was false. Trust me, I’m a big Bernie supporter too, but we can’t spread this kind of misinformation around and get people fired up over lies.

Uhhhh I did a 2 second google search and found this: http://www.scpr.org/news/2016/06/16/61718/california-ballots-still-to-be-counted-1-4-million/ That is an article dated yesterday, June 16th stating there are 1.4 million ballots still to be counted in California. “The Secretary of State has about a month to process all ballots statewide. Counties have to submit their results to the state by July 8, and the state has until July 15 to certify the statewide results.“
