The 5 Most Important Attributes For Guaranteed Success!
Have you ever wondered what makes the 5% of the world population successful and leaves the remaining 95% not so successful? Ever wonder how those champion achievers in your company manage, month after month, to get the most new business, the biggest bonuses and the largest paychecks?
Well let me tell you a secret. No one starts out as a Champion. Most of them started out like you and me. So what is it that makes a Champion different from the rest?
Champions have an attitude, a mindset that sets them apart from the rest. But most of these qualities are not exceptional.
Indeed each and every one of us possesses these qualities when we start out in life. But somewhere along the way we tend to lose them and diminish our own potential.
To be a Champion, you must first become a Child! Let me explain:
1. Champions are Willing to Learn.
Children come into this world with an innate desire to learn, to understand the world around them. They're like sponges observing and absorbing every fact, every reaction. Because they know that their very survival depends on it.
One of the most important, and often repeated, qualities we need to succeed in business is a willingness to learn - to be teachable.
To become a champion, you must be willing to educate yourself or be educated, to read about, learn and absorb all the things you need to know, even if they are completely new to you.
If you don't, you're doomed to fail from the start.
2. Champions are Willing to Act
Have you noticed how children are completely geared towards action? As soon as they learn a new skill, they want to put it into action.
Champions are the same. They put their newly learned skills to use, taking concrete steps to improve their performance, so they can take their business to the next level.
They know that they must act on what they have learned, even if they haven't perfected it. Which brings me to their next quality.
3. Champions are Not Afraid to Fail
Just as a child picks himself or herself up again and again, every time they fall while taking their first steps, champions are not afraid to fall down or fail.
They know that failure is the best teacher. They learn from their mistakes and keep fine-tuning their methods till they succeed.
Champions have the courage to fall down and not be discouraged. They pick themselves up and keep trying.
4. Champions are Willing to Adapt
Darwin got it wrong. Survival does not happen to the Fittest, but to the Most Adaptable.
As children, we adapt to long-term change relatively easily. We are more willing to accept situations and adapt our behaviour accordingly.
Unfortunately, as we grow older, we become more rigid in our thinking, unwilling to accept that there may be better ways of doing things.
In a changing business scenario, resistance to change makes us obsolete. We end up losing out to players with a better understanding of changing trends.
Champions are those who can adapt themselves and their business to changing trends.
5. Champions are Willing to Innovate
Children are extremely inventive beings. They come into this world with no preconceived notions of doing things. In their minds there are no limits to what they can do or how they can do it.
Champions apply these very principles to take their business to the top.
They not only learn from what has been done before. They find ways of doing it more efficiently, more cheaply, more successfully.
You don't have to be like a child in all respects to succeed. It's probably not even desirable.
But if your pre-conceived notions, fears and hesitation are preventing you from reaching your goals, try looking at the world through a child's eyes.
At best you will improve your chances of success, at worst you'll remain young at heart.

Importance of Time Management!
Time management and organisation is so important in life and when it comes to working at home it is doubly important. As a matter of fact Time management, organisation, schedules are all prominent in any successful organisation.
Time is the one thing that we do not have enough of it is the one thing in life that is constant. Time will wait for no one so we have to utilize it the best way we can.
It makes no sense to try and cram everything in to a short space of time because it will become counter productive. can you imagine a plumber trying to make a deadline of finishing 3 days work in one day. His work would become sloppy he would make mistakes then he would have to go over the job again.
So really the answer to the question of not having enough time is organisation, writing schedules and keeping a diary. This is vital for a home based entrepreneur!
Organisation means keeping all your documents, invoices, accounts and everything you use in your business in their proper place. This will save time because you will know where everything is It will also lead to a less stressful home/working environment.
Keeping a diary, or some kind of personal organizer is a vital business tool for obvious reasons.
Another system that is invaluable is writing rotas or schedules. Now it is no point writing a great schedule and not sticking to it. When one writes a schedule they must take into account all the aspects of their work and their family life. Remember when working at home a happy work environment will lead to more productivity which equals more profits.
When writing a schedule, It is important to encompass everything; for example; taking the children to school, shopping, feeding the dog. as well as all your business commitments. Always make time for the family, especially when working at home. Make sure you have an arrangement with your spouse about your working hours, and that the children realize that as well. Of course If you have younger children you have to give a bit more of your time.
Having an office or a part of the house where you can work undisturbed would be fantastic. because you can then have all your tools i.e computer, telephone, files and stationary in one place. Hence saving an immense amount of time.
Planning is another useful skill to have in the quest to save time and be more productive. You should take a couple of hours in the beginning of the week to plan for the coming 2 weeks. Again take everything into account then write your schedule.
Having planned your schedule for 2 weeks give yourself some leeway like an extra half an hour in between chores. Always remember that everything that can go wrong, will go wrong at the worst possible time.
So in summary to help in having a smooth profitable home business you must be organised. Plan your weeks ahead then write your schedule remembering to be flexible. Let your family know what your schedule is and you will find that time is not a problem at all.

What is Content Marketing?
No matter if you are just starting your own home based business or are a long time veteran, learning about successful network marketing is crucial to your online business' success. Keep reading and I'll share with you five secrets that have helped me achieve online success.
Learning Curve
As we all already know (hopefully) there is no overnight online success. Building a successful network marketing business takes time and hard work. Many beginners make a ton of mistakes before figuring out what works. Believe me, I did when I first started. But through learning from our mistakes, and the mistakes of others, we can help streamline our efforts and improve our chances for success.
Five Secrets
1. It all starts with a website or blog. This can be done for very little money. Actually sites like Blogger and WordPress allow you to build a blog for free. There are no special skills involved in creating your own site. Plug and play templates are so easy to use a child could start their own site.
2. Grab the email addresses for as many of your site's visitors as possible. Your home page or landing page should clearly outline the solutions your business is offering. Create a compelling call to action and have an eye-catching spot for them to subscribe. An up to date email list is very important to your online success.
3. Present yourself as an expert in your specific niche. If you are marketing to people who like to cook, consider putting together a free eBook on cooking. Not only will offering something for free attract more visitors, it's an excellent way to grab their email addresses for your list.
4. Focus on one strategy at a time and master it before moving onto another method. Taking on too much too fast will not only frustrate you but spreading yourself so thinly weakens your chance of having any success. Take one thing at a time and build your business on a solid foundation.
5. Above all else, avoid the get rich quick scheme and scams. There are thousands of unscrupulous online marketers just waiting to take the money of some unsuspecting newcomer. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Time and Effort
Any successful network marketing business owner will tell you that the keys to your success are the amount of time and effort you put into growing your business. Dedicate time to growing your business every day and commit to being in this for the long run. Don't give up! Your success is just around the corner waiting for you.

So you have been considering to sell something online on part time basis to have an additional stream of income. After deciding what product youâre interested in selling, you will definitely have the following concerns:-
Where will I store my stock items?
Most manufacturers and distributors have a minimum order quantity, which would cost a minimum of several thousand dollars. I definitely don`t have that kind of money!
Even if I did have the money, I donât want to have them tied up in some inventory. How do I know if the product will even sell?â
How do I look for logistic partners to deliver the items to my customers?
If I expand and hire employees, I will need to hire supervisors to monitor my employees. That is going to cost a lot of moolah, the type which I donât have at the moment.
How much time and money am I going to spend packaging and fulfilling orders?Â
All these are only some of the general concerns that may arise in your head if you have considered starting a part time business before. Trust me on this, but we have barely scratched the surface.
Fret not, if those were your pain previously, we definitely do have a solution to all of those.
Introducing âDrop Shippingâ.
The type of business that may have existed for at least the past one decade. Just that you never knew about it.
Drop shipping is a technique of marketing a product which you donât own. All you need is an online store to post images of the product that your assume has a demand. You then need to drive traffic to your store so that visiting prospects can browse your catalog to see if they are interested in purchasing anything. Once you successfully make a sale, all you need to do is to contact the manufacturer or distributor and make arrangements to purchase the item. Your distributor then ships the merchandise to the client along with your invoice and shipping label.
For example, letâs assume that you have just sold a product to a client for $50.00 and shipping charges of $5.00. Having received the customerâs payment, you then proceed to send the order to your drop ship provider. You may then pay your provider, by a method which you have already agreed upon previously, probably at the price of $20.00 and $5.00 shipping. This leaves you a with a cool $30.00 net income for a product which you did not own nor did you manufacture the product.
Your provider will arrange the shipping of the merchandise to your client. With this arrangement of not having to stock inventory yourself, you managed to eliminate the high prices of holding inventory. Thereâs no requirement to rent high-priced storage space, you donât need to finance high minimum orders, donât have to gamble with goods that donât sell, or pay some other expenses associated with maintaining inventory.
However, please do your due diligence on your suppliers before agreeing to promote their items. There are several pitfalls to look out for in drop shipping. For example, some suppliers may claim to sell at items at wholesale costs however are literally selling closer to retail. Also, margins are terribly slim in some competitive areas. With correct analysis and knowledge, you ought to be able to avoid these issues. Regardless from your home, business establishment, directly from your web site or through an internet auction, you can arrange to sell items before you buy it using the drop shipping method. That way you have got nothing endowed in inventory and wonât get cursed stock that wonât sell. Rather than funding and stocking inventory yourself, consider drop shipping as your side hustle.
