First Times [Sascha & Jayde]{TL}
Greeting the manâs companion with a gentle smile, he nodded his head in due respects of the working dog before removing his hand and placing the token upon the table. Had he known, he would have been prepared for the gentle bloom of aroma. Lilies were placed at the farthest end of the table before heâd make sure to tell him. âI brought you, ehm, flowers Monsieur.â Heâd slowly trek off to recovering something that suited his needs before famine and dehydration set in. A nice big bowl of creamy tomato sauce with hearty meat balls and a personal loaf of cheesy bread. If there was one thing Jayde adored about the cafeteria, it was their large selection of pasta. He slowly inched in, setting his cup of water nearest the flowers and made sure not to accidentally bump the table. âEhm, excusez-moi, MonsieurâŠbut if you have any questions, Iâm willing to answer them.â Heâd slowly break the meatballs into smaller bite sized portions so he could ream the pasta strings about his fork and nibble on them. âI meanâŠI asked to meet you so you could get to know me a little better and so I donât feel completelyâŠawkward with you.â Â
The scent of the flowers hit him right as the young man's heavily-accented voice announced their presence, and Sascha smiled as he listened to the sounds of Jayde's squeaking footsteps walking away from the table. Reaching down to his left, he gave Murdock a reassuring pat and picked up his fork to start in on the still steaming plate of chicken fettuccine alfredo. Soon enough the footsteps returned, and Sascha tipped his head in Jayde's direction as the young man settled himself at the table and resumed speaking. "Those are very good reasons, I think. I hope you'll come to feel comfortable with me soon. I think the first thing I'd like to address is your hard limits. Is there anything you absolutely cannot do in the context of a scene?"
