33. have you taken a lot of classes for art?

i haven't taken a single art class since a required class in middle school.

34. what's something you still like from your old art?

my younger self's energy i like my ideas and the palettes i came up with. also i'm kind of shocked that i used to put out an animation every week.

35. if you had one piece of advice to give your younger artist self, what would it be?

4. piece you wish got more love?

i tend to experience very different responses to pieces on different platforms, so the love is always spread strangely. like weirdly i would say twitter/bsky loves my original pieces the most while tumblr (obviously) tends to like fanart pieces more. anyways i quite like layer cake. i think the colors are really appealing and i popped off with the composition if i do say so myself.

19. where do you find inspiration?

besides my peers/mutuals, i would say my biggest inspirations are nature, everyday life, and horror. i also love japanese and chinese art too, as well as lineart heavy styles.

23. how many artstyles can you work in confidently?

my pixel art style has relatively solidified at this point. i've actually been exploring digital drawing/painting in the last two years in hopes of pushing my pixel art further and ended up falling in love with regular digital art too. tbqh i'm quite worried you guys only want to see pixels from me, but i do hope to one day try sharing more of my non pixel art with you guys too. anyways, here's some studies of dogs i've done!
