I’m even almost 2 months clean

I haven’t used tumblr like a diary in so long and whenever I come on here and decide to look at my posts I can’t believe I was that depressed and it makes me realize no negative emotions I’m feeling rn are that bad

I actually think I have to delete this app and try to recover

I can’t even cry anymore honestly I just feel numb

I need to get better but I don’t know how, I need medication I need a therapist I want to get better

I hate myself so much what even is the point

I wish I lived alone so I could just cut wherever I want

As soon as I wake up the only thing I can think about is how much I want to kms

God I just want to kill myself

I honestly don’t even deserve to feel the way I do

Sometimes I wonder if it would really affect the people around me if I just killed myself

Wait guys why do I lowkey not deserve life
