How do you get over someone you never intended to fall in love with?

The wistful thoughts of having you back in my life are bad thoughts. The little haven you and I created through your wild expectations gave me a piece of heaven.

It all started for attention which then led to an addiction which left me dejected. As relief sets in, a wistful smile creeps in and then a thought wishing I didn't let you go.

She had no words to describe her feelings from the moment she realised it wasn't going to be the same for her.

He was a distraction which soon became my addiction. He was the cure to my cravings, the reason behind my fear and the one who accepts me for who I was.

Our future is unsure yet certain. Our difference being familiar with. I was looking for a distraction and I found you. I hate to admit, going back to this habit of mine is not all that healthy but you are toxic and baby so far I like what we have.

It was past your midnight and past noon for me. We were strangers yet our conversation over the phone never ran dry for hours. It never did even after that. We didn't label it but I wish we did because you were so different from the one's before.
