Evaluation System.

Depending on their actions, trainees can either earn or have points deducted from their evaluation score. The trainee with the lowest score at the end of the evaluation cycle will be dropped until the final lineup of 4 members is created. 

Point accruals:

+ Improvement in the dancing and singing skills + Gaining other relevant idol skill points + Performing well during the evaluation [mod] + Sims who have that natural “it factor” will get a one-time bonus point boost [if auto-generated with the "popular" or "very popular" trait from this mod]

Point deductions:

- Failing/messing up dance moves during the evaluation [mod] - If a trainee is invited to sneak out, they must accept the invitation and do so without getting caught by staff -Sims who don't have a strong stage presence will get a one-time point deduction [if auto-generated with the "unpopular" or "very unpopular" trait from this mod] -If a rumor or scandal breaks into the news, QNDN Entertainment will try to pay off the paparazzi and/or take the case to court [mod] - If both interactions fail, the trainee’s reputation will become “atrocious” and they will be dropped from the lineup, regardless of skills or points 

Throughout the challenge, trainees will have a chance to participate in special opportunities that will showcase their skills and give them bonus points depending on their outcomes! They also may experience injuries or illnesses that affect their practice.

Female teen sims only (no occults please!)

There are secret skills that trainees will get bonus points for, so you may use 4 points to level up your sim in any skill other than singing or dancing (those should be set to 0)

Trainees can have any background story - be creative and have fun with it!

Just as a disclaimer, I may have to adjust your sim’s outfits depending on the packs I own, so it would be helpful (but not required) to provide a lookbook for your sim! Please keep any cc light!
