Local wildlife keeps eating all my tomatoes and my morning glory refuses to sprout a single flower, but my hibiscus is determined to make it up to me

I must have taken a couple dozen shots of this particular spot, for obvious reasons. Still haven’t gotten The Perfect Shot, I think. It’s real pretty in the meantime tho.

Accidental self-portrait

I've always wondered what/who was in this building. Only now do I realize there's signs in the windows and I probably could have learned something if I'd just crossed the dang street and looked. Will report back if it's something more interesting than "Old Mrs. Hildegard lives there." Personally, I'm hoping for "Eccentric retiree's extremely specific hobby shop."

I wish I knew the name of this particular lichen/fungus/whatever it is, it's one of my favorite colors.
