✩ it's been eternity but I'm still writing X

I stand before you and let my eyes roam, It's foolish that I never knew That maybe – just maybe – I've found a home, And that it looks just like you.

Since the first spark of creation, I kept falling faster and faster For auburn hair and freckled constellations, Wicked smiles and beautiful disasters.

My heart is pounding against my ribs, Wild and uncertain and so afraid of hope, I shiver when you nip at my earlobe, Slide your sylphlike fingers down to my hips.

You struck me like the first sunray, Set me ablaze with desire, Love so fierce it rivals hellfire… Let the entire world burn away.
