Jason’s employer gifted us box seats to the Patriots season opener today. It was totally surreal to experience… amazing view, delicious catering, open bar, free merch, and the quarterback’s family was seated with us (his father and Jason watched the first half together). . The best part for me though? Seeing how absolutely excited my husband was just to be there. Ben’s first day of 2nd grade! He told me he was only a little nervous. His teacher this year was his technology teacher from the last two years, so he already knows her, which I think has been great for him and his anxiety. I bought this red peacoat at Goodwill for Caroline when I was pregnant, just after I found out I was having a girl. I knew I would have to keep it in a closet for over two years but I also knew it would be so flipping cute to see her in it, as long as I remembered I had it.
