Stuck in time.

It’s easy to get restless in one spot. Yet, somehow, I’m content waiting for long exposures. 

Edible.

Somehow I find myself waking up in Hawaii. This will be the longest I stay put in one destination as I’m here for two months. I mean.. I flew half way across the world in February and only stayed four days in Nepal. I don’t exactly know how to not be on the go when I travel. Island life, I think, will change that. 

May 23, 1925 “As we watched the sunset we saw a great lake, but knowing we were passing through the Arizona desert we realized we were seeing a mirage. We watched it for miles and despite our knowledge to the contrary, it looked like a real lake. Only after twilight had merged into complete darkness did it disappear.”

Final stop on this trip: Doha, Qatar.  Proof that a melting pot of cultures can coexist peacefully.  P.S. It was pouring in the desert.
