Also just replayed Final Fantasy VII for the first time since I was a kid, so I felt like some fan art was in order.

Also, give Wildstar a try if you’re at all into MMOs. Game is great and raiding in it has been an absolute blast (by which I mean The Datascape will chew you up and spit out your crumpled body).

Finals are coming to a close. Playing with a new art style (in the form of the sassy character above). I plan to get busy working on this stuff during the break.

Playing around with the design of the main character. Replaced her shoulder-less black sleeves with two normal white sleeves. Haven't posted recently because university has been getting difficult (Signals & Systems 1 will be the death of me). Hopefully I'll be able to get some stuff done once midterms are over and spring break starts.

Character portraits for the UI; primarily for combat. I was going for a bit of a tomboyish look, but I'm thinking of making her hair a bit longer later.

Doing some UI work. Also considering changing some of the behavior and mechanics behind basic attacks (right now I just have an arbitrary limit on consecutive hits). The button icons are for the Playstation because I use PS3 controller for testing with my PC. I'll make a set of icons for Xbox controllers later.
