Inconsistent But I Try

So now I can’t stop thinking about that and I don’t accept it as an accident anymore!! Like, it was real convincing that he was just so engrossed in all the food that he didn’t even payed attention to what he was doing and that’s where they got me!! So in line with he’s character, but also not. You wanna tell me this guy, with tons of clones planted in the heavens, each with their own different personality, who’s dedicating his every moment to his revengence and in spare time kill some tyrants on the mortal realm, *a calamity level supreme*, was just distracted?? Conveniently???

And he also knows Hua Cheng is obsessed with Xie Lian and his well being and owns him a huge debt, so naturally he would be keeping an eye on Xie Lian, just so he can’t do something that will cause an unnecessary fight between him and Hua Cheng.

There is also the point that Hua Cheng said he made that play just so it could be shown there, but how could he be sure that Xie Lian would get the cup??? He couldn’t be 100% sure, but he could very well increase his odds, considering they weren’t very favourable in the first place.

That sly bastard must have told He Xuan to do it!!! “Ming Yi” was already known to be quite the antisocial type, never showing up in events, so he had the perfect excuse to not go, but also the fact that everyone knows he was working as a spy all those years it’s the perfect excuse for him to go. That being said Hua Cheng could’ve very well asked him to go and do it if he found the chance (probably even offered to lighten a bit of his debt).

But something about Xue Yang… he doesn’t have an origin story that justifies his actions, or is charismatic, or anything good at all about him (the good little actions are honestly not even close to balance the bad). If I had to guess I’d say he has an antissocial personality disorder (basically a sociopath) and I don’t even buy the whole “I was an innocent child once” cause I feel like he already had the evilness in his mind back then, but obviously someone just made it really worse, he found the strong backing of the jin clan and he got smart about how to get his revenge and how to play people…

BUT LISTEN!! I root for him so much, idk why, I even feel sorry for XXC because he’s so pure he doesn’t deserve to put up with XY’s shit, but I DO really wanted them to be together and for XY to live his best life with XXC, without anyone knowing the bad shit he did T-T
