Super-quick tips for drawing eyes:

Basic thing you’ve always gotta remember is to work with shapes. Also, don’t forget that eyes are balls.

You can simplify or detail this model as you wish. Looking at photographs also helps - it’s not wrong to use references!

Below are some examples, both for female and male eyes.

Front view: Eyes can come in many shapes, but the basic shape is always an oval. Unless the eyes are widened, not all off the iris is seen - even if your character is looking straight ahead. In comics, female usually have larger, more round shaped eyes while male eyes are more square and smaller.

¾ View: Here you wanna go for a rounded-off triangle, or, in case of longer eyes, a boat shape. remember that the lines should always remain rounded, since the eyes are balls stuck in your skull.

Profile: Imagine you’re drawing a pizza slice - that’s the kind of shape you want. Here, the eyelashes also become more important!
