24 developed severe depression and remains unresponsive to treatment. the ICA contained this one once they realized he was effectively immortal after observing constant attempts. they use him to test the lethality of stabbies and shooties and various poisons

and i know that makes NO sense, cause technically they're ALL twins. but listen, look, listen! 11 and 12 were both born of a single embyro that split suddenly. it wasn't supposed to happen, pretty sure that's never happened canonically either, but idrc. its a headcanon for a reason, so eat my shorts
11 is righthanded, 12 is lefthanded. and due to special circumstances, they both have heterochromia (when one eye is a different color than the other). they're psychologically linked so one is always aware of the other. they also finish each other's sentences cause yes

11 and 12 arent rogue at all, theyre actually pretty loyal to the ICA, but they do have a subtle concept of free will and are a little bit bratty, ngl. if a contract sounds like some bs they're gonna tell you about it. they have only one handler between them, which.. damn (she jokingly calls them thing 1 and thing 2)
