Our view of the world is shaped by our internal lens, our personal experiences, our biases, emotions, and past traumas.

Instead of observing reality objectively, we project our internal reality onto the situations and people around us, this perspective is subjective to us alone, because our minds filter everything, therefore, two people can view the exact same thing or circumstance, but interpret it completely different.

So give grace and kindness to those around you for we don't know the entirety of their reality and the "why" in behind the why they acted as they did.
