Feeling good about my body part 2. I’ve hated my body for years. I really have. The disgust I feel when I look in the mirror is sometimes overwhelming enough that I don’t go out. But recently, I’ve been making a little bit of effort to not eat as much shit and I’m feeling good!! It’s not just about losing a tiny bit of weight, put its a mindset.
