More detailed tips:

Always push towards saving Saeyoung, don’t say things like “we should reconsider saving him” etc. and just keep insisting that you will save him.

Try to stay positive, don’t say that you’re scared or worried about things going wrong.

Agree with Saeran’s plans and support them, say things like “I’ll go with whatever Saeran chooses”. Don’t doubt it or say stuff like “what if it fails”.

ALWAYS worry about Saeran though. If his safety is on the line, you need to show that you really care. This might sometimes clash with the last one, and in those cases, prioritize keeping him safe.

Say that you love him or that you miss him literally every chance you get. This one is probably very obvious tho lmao

Trust Vanderwood aside from the 11 am VNM on day 2 where the three of you, (Saeran, Vanderwood and you) are out on the street. Only in that VNM you need to say against Vanderwood to avoid a Sad Ending, or more like you need to say against leaving Saeran. More on that later but yeah, aside from that VNM, trust Vanderwood and beg him for help.

Don’t leave Saeran. Remember what he was so scared of on his route? Yeah, as expected, don’t agree to do that. Always try to get to him and try to say against leaving him.

Support Saeran’s choices UNLESS it has to do with him sacrificing himself…

Don’t be blatantly mean to Rika and V, especially Rika. Try to be understanding.

BUT NEVER EVER AGREE WITH THEIR PLANS. I can’t stress this enough, but even though you need to be kind, don’t agree with how they want to treat the twins and with the way they plan to keep them “safe”. Don’t help them think of ways to imprison the twins in their home. Do not do that. This is important on day 3 mostly.

When in doubt, the most general tip I can give you is: try to pick the more “emotional” answers. Avoid neutral answers or asking questions, since they very rarely give any hearts at all.

Remember to avoid Sad Endings on days 1 and 2. Try to wake up at the hospital in the first VNM, don’t say that you and Saeran should leave everything behind, don’t let Saeran go to the agency’s boss and Saeyoung by himself and instead go with him, and don’t leave Saeran alone with Vanderwood in that VNM on the street. Wow a lot of this is just “don’t leave Saeran” I think you get it by now hfjdgfsng

Day 4 is an interesting case with its multiple branches, so I’m separating it here. Basically after passing the first branch on day 4, insist on going back to save Saeran, follow V, then save Saeran. I’d recommend saving before opening each branch so you can collect bad endings as well as the normal ending later.

The good answers in the AE are a little messy, no clue if it was intentional or not but the fact remains that they are, and sometimes an answer that’s otherwise good happens to be bad at that moment. Some of the good answers clash with each other, and you’ll need to pick the one that’s more important, so here’s a TLDR of how you should prioritize the answers:

Disagreeing with Rika’s plan for the twins > not leaving Saeran (or Saeyoung!) > trusting Vanderwood > being understanding towards Rika

And NOW we can get to the actual step by step guide that includes all the answers I picked on the way to the Good Ending!

If you’ve seen my guide for AE BE1, you’ll notice that the answers I picked here are nearly always the opposite to those. That’s because my goal with this playthrough was to “fill in the blanks” of my notes and find out which answers give hearts out of the ones I didn’t pick back then. I also happened to get the Good Ending with this same playthrough, logically when I did the exact opposite to what I did when I got BE1, and I wanted to also use this playthrough to write the guide according to it.

You’ll notice that a few answers I picked contradict what I said in tips, but please don’t mind it. There ARE a few bad answers among the answers I picked, because like I mentioned, I picked the opposite answers to last time and I got a few good hearts last time while going for a bad ending, so now I got the opposing bad hearts. Don’t mind that at all, they’ll just make getting the Good Ending easier as long as you don’t have too many of them. Here’s a post explaining how the hearts work if this sounds confusing, but the main point is that bad hearts can be useful while getting a Good Ending too.

I’d suggest that if you choose to follow the answer by answer guide, forget the tips completely, and just follow every answer in the guide 100%. On the other hand if you choose to try getting the Good Ending by just following the tips, I wouldn’t suggest you to look at the answer by answer guide for any options if you feel unsure at some point. Try sticking to just one of them, either the tips or the guide, and that way you won’t accidentally mess up.

One last thing before I get to the guide: I’d recommend saving at the end of each day just in case, and also saving after each branch on day 4! That way you can not only load a save if you mess up, but you can also get the Bas Endings by just loading those saves and picking the opposite answers that time.
