"n-no! she's our team's maknae and she just has a bit more common sense than anyone else!" jungwon blushes furiously, before trying to blame it on the room's temperature.

"yeah yeah," jake smirks. but they all knew that you were the one jungwon would go to for cuddles after a long day. they all knew you were the one who jungwon secretly favorited and would request to be paired up with you all the time.

on the hit variety show hosted by txt's soobin, heeseung went on to go geek out about ramyeon to no one's surprise.

and while the whole episode was entertaining and comedic, engenes couldn't help but focus on the short section where soobin asked heeseung if he would recommend any of his members to come to the show and geek out on a topic as well.

"hmm, i'll probably get scolded by him if i say this, but jungwon! he could definitely fill an entire episode talking about ynnie and how much of an expert he is on ynism," heeseung laughs, stirring his eggs with meticulous movements.

"oh really? isn't that a bit of favoritism?" soobin asks jokingly.

"we're all used to the y/n treatment now. if we don't worship the floor she walks in, jungwon will kick our butts," heeseung pauses his stirring to look dead seriously at soobin.

"now i know, never disrespect y/n guys!" soobin warns the camera, scared by heeseung's expression.

eat sleep en dive...

the first night, after discovering that everyone would be sleeping in the same room, jungwon was quick to pull you down onto a bed and trap you in his arms.

"wonnie! let go!" you squeal, his hands tickling your sides.

sunoo attempted to help you but gave up and walked away after jungwon didn't loosen his grip on you.

"i didn't want anyone else to share a bed with you," jungwon murmurs possessively as he nuzzles into the crook of your neck. he presses a few light kisses on your jawline that leave a slight glow and warm tint on your cheeks.

when dinner time rolled around, you were the last one to get food since your mic had a few issues that needed to be fixed. so when you came out, everyone was already sat with a plate of food and eating.

you quickly plated some food before sitting down on the floor next to jake and ni-ki, happy to finally have some dinner.

jungwon, who was seated on the couch was observing how you shifted uncomfortably on the floor, the cold surface probably cold on your legs as you were wearing shorts.

then, he glanced at sunghoon, who was sitting right next to him.

"baby, come sit here, the floor's too cold," he said, patting right next to him.

"there's no room," you shake your head, signaling that you were okay.

jungwon took one look at sunghoon and manually shifted him over with a light shove.

"now there's room," jungwon beams despite shoving a whole member over just to make room for you.

"jeez! if you wanted me to move, just tell me!" sunghoon dramatically scoffs, inching over to make more room for you.

by now, everyone's laughing and calling out jungwon once again for his favoritism towards you.

you roll your eyes lovingly before sitting down between the two, thanking sunghoon for being a good sport about it. as soon as you sit down, jungwon's arm snakes around you and he's all smiles again, happy to have you next to him.

"now eat," he says, placing another dumpling on your plate and kissing your temple.

"you're so whipped it's disgusting," jake side-eyes, shaking his head.

"careful jakey, you better sleep with one eye open now," sunoo laughs, pointing at jungwon's expression.

"it's just y/n treatment," jay sighs, used to all this now.

"it should be the new standard," jungwon states, feeding you another piece of food despite your protest of already having a mouthful.

"someone save poor ynnie," heeseung chuckles.

but everyone knew, sooner or late, you two would make it official and engenes could see just how much y/n treatment there was and how much of a simp yang jungwon was for you.
