Oh Lordy lord here I am again. Except this time it’s for good reason. Not just the usual “ Oh I MusT be SkiNnY” but I’ve actually gained weight and I hate it. I hate it I hate it I hate it I hate it I don’t wanna be like this. I want my stomach to be flat again. My boobs have gotten bigger and I hate it I liked my smaller boobs I like that they looked deflated I liked it I need it I need to get that back. But carbs and cheese just taste TOO DAMN GOOD. I’ve redownloaded lose it, so we’ll see how Judy it helps keeping me under my daily limit, but so far, I haven’t. Bc In a fat fat lazy gross lump who won’t get up and won’t do anything my ass is just glued to this chair and I’m drinking hard and that’s calories too and I just feel fat when I go work out I don’t have that old feeling of yea bitch I’m skinny look at me aren’t I great. I just don’t have that anymore and I NEED to be skinnier. As skinny and small and light as I used to be. I’m 126 now, pretty short, so that’s like, fairly squishy. I wanna get back to 100. I love that feeling. I like the no chub rub, no tummy, nothing but happiness at being snatched. No sucking in, no self consciousness. I need that again. It will take time. Even though I want it to be instantaneous, it’s not going to be. And it’s hers seeing any progress when it’s so slow. But I’ve done this before and I’ll do it again.

Tips to help avoid binging…
Cut up cucumbers or celery and put seasoning on them, eat them and drink water in between(gives the illusion of eating a lot and can trick you into not binging on bad food) you can do the same with raw broccoli or carrots
Drink lots of water, or if you can stand the taste drink 16oz water with 1tsp apple cider vinegar, you can add lemon juice to help with the taste
Drink lots of peppermint tea (or any hot tea) (add 0 cal sweetener if u need to)
Obviously Diet Coke, black coffee, or 0 cal monster
Vegetable broth!!!

Take ur vitamins and drink 1-2 full bottles of water with them!
Cut up 1 small apple(55 cals) or one large apple (95 cals) into super skinny pieces(the smaller you cut up your healthy food and the more you chew, the more your brain thinks you’ve eaten) drink 1-2 bottles of water and you will feel full
Make sure SOMETHING is in your stomach whether it’s liquid or food, just make sure you’re putting something in it when you’re hungry to stop your stomach growling or over time your starvation instincts will kick in to eat as much as you can(trust me I’ve been down this road for most of my life) so as a rule, to avoid binging, put something in your stomach even if it’s lettuce or celery.
Whether you want to have the calories or not it will help to let yourself have a tbsp of peanut butter (90 cal) or even some oatmeal (150 cal for 1/2 cup) or both (240) bc those things will stick with you throughout almost the whole day and will keep you full.
Plain Low fat Greek yogurt(90 cal for 3/4 cup) will stick with you throughout the day as well. I put 1 tsp of agave nectar(honey works too)(30 cal) and cut up 3 grapes(10 cal) and it’s sweet and helps stop cravings. 130 cal total. You can also sub the fruit and honey for 1 tbsp peanut butter to stay full longer(180 cal total)
As much as you want to eat literally nothing, that is the reason you are binging. If you eat less than 1,500 calories a day you *will* lose weight. If you eat less than 1,000 a day you’ll lose it faster. But if you eat nothing for days you will binge. Eat small amounts of healthy food and you’ll be in control longer. Trust.

My lunch is smelling the essence of someone else’s food floating across the office
I’m so happy old tumblr tags are back on mobile I can continue being an awful person here woohoo I’ve been doing good this past week and change. Not been having lunch, trying my hardest not the binge past dinner, been pretty successful so far. My stomach is getting less bloated it’s a good feeling. Now I just need to do more core workouts and I’ve been getting lightly started just need more. I need to do more cardio or something.
This pic came up on Reddit. I used to look at pics of this and think god I wish I looked like that and I honestly don’t feel that any more. Maybe the face a little but not the body. I think I’m finally happy with my body and where I am. I know I’m underweight. But I’m done losing weight I think. At least for now. I can sorta enjoy food again

Get gum
No drugs

More veggies- look up ed food recipes, wraps and veggies and good stuff
No/low carbs- no candy snacks
Count calories again, stay below 1000
Small portion sizes again, eat slow, only eat until you’re not hungry, never until you’re full. You’re never gonna find that sweet spot if you inhale food like a vacuum cleaner so SLOW DOWN.
