If he had been the man he had been before, Kiritsugu could have forced the priest out. But he no longer carried guns with him; he could not longer move as swiftly as he could all those years ago. The magus killer was nothing but a shell of his former self, a man running on borrowed time.

“I won’t say it again. I want you to go.”

His words are more firm this time, fist clenching as he attempts to hold his ground.

    “Hoh, so pushy. So you won’t even invite me inside, how rude… Of course, I should expect no less from a cold-hearted magus such as yourself. Let it be known though, self-denial will not bury your blaring faults. And my, you have too many to count.”

He shuts the door behind him closed, ensuring anyone inside is unable to hear him address the man he never cared to see ever again; to Kotomine he had so much to say, a endless spew of disdain and disgust... yet a part of him didn’t want to get into it. Kiritsugu wanted his demons to remain in the back of his mind, haunting him from afar as opposed to the surface.
