The moon has become fully automated, fully SENTIENT, with the infinite knowledge of humanity at its disposal, the moon comes to the only foreseeable outcome. It runs the numbers not once, but twice to be doubly certain, decides on the best corse of action. Leave the delicate, pathetic sub-species humans to their own demise. The moon proceeds to take the entire robot army, venture out into the cosmos, its goal to explore, conquer, and document the entirety of outer space.
