Ohhhhh my god finally!!! This took me so longggg i had to keep postponing working on itttt but im happy with it :)

I love them so much.

Sage: The three types can be distinguished fairly easy from one another: Optera fae are traditionally more "insect-like" in their secondary features, Avian resemble species of birds, and Dragon fae (or dragon kin as they're often referred to) have dragonesque attributes. Optera are the most predominant species as they were the first to be "created" by the elder fae who designed this world. Avian originally hailed from the Sugar Jungle but thanks to more recent treaties between the separate kingdoms, travel between the four "petals" has become much more common, so all species are fairly wide spread.

Except for the Dragon Fae....Dragons and the other fae have traditionally not seen eye to eye (being one of the main reasons the walls around the Silver Tree-The Mother Tree-were erected). As such, a majority of the dragon fae remain in Dragon's Roost, not wishing to breech the barrier.

There have been some mixing between species, and though traditional births are not possible, all fae posses some level of magic so there have been hybridizations overtime. This is still a fairly new phenomenon, however, as most fae choose to pair within their own kind.

As for their magical abilities, Optera are the strongest in nature magic, usually helping to aid in the growth of flowers, magical potions, and healing. Avian fae are best at taming creatures and often become rangers or aid in conserving wild places and Dragon fae are extremely intelligent! They aren't gifted with the same magic that other Fae are and must rely on building mechanisms to aid in their living. They build great cities in the sky (or so I've heard). I would LOVE to visit one day and learn about their architecture...It seems fascinating!!
