The last few days of 2025 I just wanted to draw him

Thru the first day of 2026

My skill still doesn’t even catch a bit

I was so looking forward to do an art summary a few months ago, but now I can’t even look at my old works hahaha

But I’m glad I picked up the pen again in 2025

My interpretation is that he carries the symbol of his people, the weight of those who are gone…on him.

Then I recalled that I drew a scene some time ago - where Kadan saw Luterra’s scars and told him, “I will carry your burden with you.”

Now this time, I thought… Luterra would tell Kadan the same thing.

When he saw the symbol on Kadan’s back, he finally understood the weight Kadan had been carrying all along. Then he said to him, “I’ll carry that will with you.”

it’s turned more fluff than I expected. But I like that they are just chilling and he’s bored again so he plays with the hair (like every time)

I wanted to draw someone hugging Luterra😭, so then it was (ofc) Kadan. But then halfway through I felt it’s a bit ooc? so this is the simplified sketch.

When he got back from Trixion, Kadan was right there waiting for him. He was still overwhelmed by his emotions and couldn’t bring himself to speak. Kadan just gently pulled him close without saying anything.

Ive been experiencing a bit of art block (again) lately - and I don’t just want to render anymore. Now I just hope maybe I’ll overcome this and try rendering again, or just improve my line art somehow.
