𝗛𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲⤵⤵⤵⤵ . Sometimes we need to say we are sorry for hurting those when we are hurt. . I've had to continually do this. There was a period in my life where I wanted everyone to feel the hurt I was feeling. So, I inflicted my pain onto them. It wasn't that I was trying to hurt them per se, but my hurt was their punishment. . I've learned though through my own healing journey that it's ✅ OK to be sorry ✅ OK to ask for forgiveness ✅ OK to admit when I am wrong ✅ OK to let others know how truly bad I'm hurting. .
