After spending a few days on the newest ship in Norwegian Cruise Line’s fleet, the Norwegian Escape– I spent the evening at a hotel in Miami for good nights rest before boarding the Celebrity Eclipse.

I’m a “resident” on the Celebrity Eclipse and that means my show is installed on there and I’m a permanent fixture of the ships entertainment line up for a few months.

I COULDN’T CHECK-IN, SO I BOUGHT THIS….

After a few days of some crazy travel (three flights, two days and three hours sleep) I made it to Tortola, safe and sound.

It’s significantly warmer in Tortola, then in Toronto.  That’s a given.  Thankfully I get two days to recover from the travel– but my guest entertainer friend who also boarded (and had an even crazier travel schedule than I) had to perform that night.

So, I’m sitting at home in my PJ’s enjoying my coffee.  Coffee is sacred to me lol– I am a Bulletproof Coffee guy.  It’s about 11:30am.

I am a morning person, I like mornings and I’m WWAAAYYY more productive in the mornings.  Travel days knock you out, so I think I slept in until about 8:30 and was lounging in my harem.

My agent phones and asks if I can be on a plane out of Toronto by 5pm.

I leave Barbados every other Sunday.  It’s a busy busy busy airport on Sundays, flying back to arctic Toronto the day before the start of a week.

I travel a lot. Almost 300 days year and it’s been like that my entire adult life. It’s complicated. There is always something positive to look forward– no matter what the situation. And yet as much as you keep your head up, there are days it can be difficult.

You just gotta push through it.

That’s what we do.

Dude, where’s my gear?

In order to make an 8:20 flight I’ve got to hit the road at 4:30am to get to Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) in time for my flight to Miami.

I am joining the Celebrity Eclipse out of the Port of Miami for a week long adventures of their two-week cruise. I’ll be bouncing around every week from now until May.
