6/19/15 - Friday Training Sesh
First training day back since the hand has healed. Feels pretty good. Am able to grab a barbell and other items pretty easily. Let's Go! Warm Up Run 600M Stretch SKILLS 5 - 1 Minute Round for 3 skills (15 Min) 1 Rope Climb(worked on jumping and outside wrap) completed 2 out of 5 attempts. 5 Ring Dips (used blue band. Shoulder still a little tenderone) 20 Unbroken DU - completed 5 out of 5 LIFT 3X1 @ 285# WoD - Partner Rowing 500m - 2 min rest 400m - 90s rest 300m - 60s rest 200m - 30s rest 100m Total time for both was 12:34
Coaching this morning, but I'm back! Hand is feeling pretty good. Think I'll hit a training session today. Have to get ready for the Granite Games Qualifer.

Whatβs a weightlifter to do when you slice your hand open on a broken ceramic pot and have no tape to keep your gauze secured. Rogue goat tape of course. Hoping for this unfortunate cut to not set me back in training too much.
