It creates many unique situations and forces me to evaluate myself -how do I feel about this, why do I feel a certain way, and how to work through any negative emotions. Sometimes the things that led to positive emotions are surprising and also require me to evaluate.

3) Great communication - Understanding your emotions is half the battle. Learning to communicate them is just as challenging. But to make it work, we both have to share how we feel more often than in a boring, monogamous relationship.

4) Support - We help each other have the best side of this lifestyle and work through the challenging sides together. We are a team!

5) Variety - In a rut, find call up a new partner. In the mood for some BBC, dial the support line. Need a distraction from work, ask your wife to tease you today, make a date, and come home and give me something fun.
