HappyFeet is an orthotic that I came across at the American College of Physician's conference two years ago.  I bought the insert because my feet were killing me from all the walking around and after wearing it in my sneakers, I realized that i felt better, had less pain and more energy.  I don't normally push products, but this one made such a difference for me that when I learned about the opportunity to promote it, I jumped on it and so here I am telling you that this product worked for me and that I continue to use it.  I hope it brings you the same relief I have found.
