i wasn't here in 2023 because i only started watching 2024. and if i did happen to be watching in 2023, i would also be disappointed because i also love lewis??? did u even double check my blog lmao?

either way! it isn't george's fault if the team didn't go under the podium in singapore 2023, it's the team's fault, especially lewis' garage, that they didn't manage to celebrate their driver. it's the same thing with george now where the team and george's garage didn't even manage to gather themselves to celebrate george's podium.

so, race result is George in P2. George was doing really well on the first stint with mediums but Ferrari got the jump in and had Lewis pit first so Mercedes...practically took the bait and followed even though George's tyres were still doing well and he was still building the gap. That practically cost George's win; his second stint started fine, trying to catch up to Lewis who was P1 due to others pitting as well but the hard tyres were pretty difficult so George was slowly falling away from Lewis. and then VSC happened due to Alonso which gave Lewis a free pit stop and Merc somehow gave George a few more laps, wearing down his tyres and slowing down, and then pitted him for a new set. At this point, Lewis built a 15-20 sec gap and with Kimi behind on fresh tyres, George got overtaken BUT Kimi's car died on lap 63 (!!) and that gave George P2 again .
