For people who actually knew Ruriko, she really wasn’t that a pleasant person to be with. She is snarky and straight up mean so it was rather surprising to find someone who basically just acts like her to hang with.  They met perchance but after a few unexpected encounters, Ruriko found Cheshire’s presence to be less of a nuisance and more pleasant if anything.  Before Ruriko even knew it they became more than acquaintances but not quite friends either. It was strange to think of what exactly their relationship was but it was their own and she didn’t care to define it.   Ruriko and Cheshire were sitting on a bench in the shade under a big tree just watching people around the park, well Ruriko had a sketch pad on her lap but she was still observing everyone. Her eyes spots something and she decides to make a remark “Is it just me? or does that top the pink hair girl is wearing totally just puke-o-dots? What kind of design is that?” she scoffs in disgust.

 “Hmph… Alright, fine. Okay, but we’d better make it quick whatever we do! I can’t stand this anymore and we’ve only just started!”

 Folding her arms, she had to draw on the patience that helped her get through Elsword’s strange behaviour in the past. Rena’s temperament had managed to rub off on her over the years even if her chest size hadn’t, so hopefully she could keep it up here.

 With this new (slightly) calmer outlook on the situation, something came back into her mind, which had always been useful in locating the positions of enemies in the battlefield. Maybe that experience could help?

 “They say your other senses work better when one’s missing, right?” she raised her voice, trying not to strain it - a proper lady should never have to shout at all, mind! “Maybe if we, like, close our eyes or something, we’d be able to pinpoint it a bit better?”

“I’ve never heard anything like that before.” Leanna fans herself, clearly entertained by the other two’s reactions. “But I think it’s probably worth a try.” She closes her eyes tight.

Moving about a bit, she suddenly stops and turns, observing the other two. “If efficiency is what you want,” Leanna states, almost like a lecture, “then adding to that, I think it’s a good idea to go in opposite directions to see where the sound gets loudest.”

She pauses. “Of course, Purple has the best weapon out of all of us, so you’ll be the one to destroy it. Unless you can work some magic with that round, shiny thing of yours, hmm?”

“I don’t think separating is the best option but you do have a point” Ruriko states as she looks over at her teammates. “I still think though that we shouldn’t separate considering we wouldn’t be able to call each other with all this noise. So we’ll go with her idea” she says as she points towards the girl dressed in purple. “If we close our eyes we can try and sense the source of the noise”.

Ruriko smirks when the other girl comments about their weapons. “Well I mean my weapon is a hubcap. It can be useful. I can just throw it like a frisbee if we manage to find the source of the sound. Anyways let’s see if closing our eyes will work” she states before doing just that and closing her eyes to try and locate source of the loud sound.

 Being thrown into some horrible labyrinth with people she wasn’t very familiar with was bad enough. Having her magic and spellbook taken away from her, however, was abysmal. She didn’t care what she had to do, she wanted to get back to her possessions as quickly as possible, and if that meant carrying a pair of strangers and a hockey stick through a dungeon, she was more than happy to do it.

 As if the situation they were in wasn’t irritating enough as it was, some horrible screeching noise had been added into the mix. Her hands clamped to her ears until she got somewhat used to whatever this horrible sound could be called, disdain visible on her face from a mix of the noise and the blunt way the other girl issued stating-the-obvious commands.

 “The plan? Whatever gets it done fastest! Without magic, we have no choice but to just smash it up, so a better question is what’s the weakest point?”

“Ahaha! What? Are you all not enchanted by the beautiful music?”

Leanna managed to avoid the last test simply by not doing anything, but it seemed this time the Headmistress wised up. She had no choice but to proceed with these two strangers. At least this so-called “challenge” was hilarious–she hated the screech of the vuvuzelas as much as they did, but it amused her to no end how angry they got over them.

“Whoa, now, Miss Purple,” Leanna addresses the mage, “let’s not get ahead of ourselves here. Knowing this school, there’s probably a nasty little surprise waiting for us if we smash up something that isn’t it–furthermore, the sound’s coming from all directions, right? We have to find the source first. We should proceed carefully–unless you want to volunteer yourself a sacrifice? What do you think, short-haired angry one?”

  Being called “short-haired angry one” usually would call for a retort from Ruriko but as of right now she didn’t really let it bother her. She had much more irritating things to deal with like figuring out what to do with those stupid vuvuzelas noises that seemed to be screeching from everywhere. 

  Ruriko grabs back her weapon and holds it in her right hand.“You have a point. Let’s not be rash. We should find out where the noise is coming from and then destroy it” she states before deciding to lead them through the maze to see if she could spot the source of the stupid screeching.

 “Keep your eyes open for anything to pop up and if you spot anything strange or you think you found the source of the noise then feel free to point it out” she shouts over the noise to make sure her teammates could hear her speak.

    The piercing noises of what she recognized to be loud vuvuzelas shrieks once she takes step into the maze. And to her own surprise it seems that the doors had started vanish before their eyes. “What the? What kind of bullshit is this?” she asks before dropping her hubcap as she tries to cover her ears with her hands.

  As the loud vuvuzelas rang through the room they were in, Ruriko tried her best to shout over the noise towards her teammates. “Alright guys. I think we’ve got to destroy those speakers to move on. So let’s think of an idea on how to destroy them with our weapons” she states bluntly. “So if any of you have any ideas at all let’s hear them now before we’re really trapped in this mess.”
