Another Medal For The Collection: I put all my race medals on a paper mâché upper body mannequin I made of my wife a long time ago. It supports the weight of the medals like she always supports me. It was cold and windy and I took longer to finish then I would have liked, but she was still there, like she always is, with a hug, a kiss and some kind words. #TBT to last years scotia bank marathon and the final kms aboard the pain train with @mf_jacket. I think it was right about here that I promised myself that I'd never be in this much pain again, so I trained harder and got tougher.
