After she strangely disappeared, Liu entered the championship to follow in her footsteps...and suspects that the championship might have to do with her disappearance. He is never seen without his trusty companion, Mr. Suitcase.

A young delinquent girl, Taru does not care for rules and is very foul-mouthed and is extremely rude and crassy. She was selected for the championship to be someone else's problem and she does not get along with others due to her rudeness.

Well-known in his tribe for his handsomeness and playboy tendencies, Gai is a notorious heartbreaker who loves women and is always seen with a lady on his arm and he really gets around. However, despite loving all the attention he gets, Gai really wants to be in a real relationship where he is wanted not for his looks, but for his personality.

A wizard from the Penguin Tribe, Popo is very incompetent and clumsy and is not held in high regards by his tribe's elders due to his clumsiness and the fact his spells tend to go wrong and entering him in the championship was his elders' way of getting rid of him. Despite this, he has his heart in the right place and quickly becomes friends with Lonky despite the latter's emotionlessness.

A red panda who is all about sports, Pangpang entered the championship to win AND make friends. Always energetic and competitive, Pangpang is the most athletic of the Running Men and is never afraid to take a challenge if it means having fun and making the best of the game.

From a young age, Valter was very shy and never had any friends since he was bullied for his quietness and shyness and his only friend was his Uncle Lucian, who adopted him when his parents died when he was a baby. He entered the competition in order to overcome his shyness and hopefully, make new friends.

The only Prince of the Peacock Tribe, Charming Gold has been praised his whole life for his natural beauty. However, this resulted in him becoming very vain and selfish, as he sees himself as the most beautiful being in the world and cannot stand the thought of not being told so. To prevent it from getting worse, his parents entered him in the championship to humble him and get him to make new friends.

The twin Princes of the Lion Tribe, Rex and Max are known for their kindness to others, especially of different tribes. Having entered the championship to make new friends, they have come to have fun, not to win. However, their niceness often leaves them blind to falling for tricks and traps.

A warrior of the Tiger Tribe, Kuga is a tsundere who has a hard time admitting how he actually feels, having angry outbursts as a result. Orphaned at 10-years-old when both his parents succumbed to pneumonia, he was adopted by the Tiger Tribe's legendary fighter, Makhan, as both his son and student. Despite his anger issues, Kuga has a good heart underneath.

The Prince of the Giraffe Tribe, Lonky was born emotionless and never has felt anything but emptiness inside and his parents were concerned since he never had any friends and despite his emotionlessness, he excelled in all his classes. By the time of the 100th Running Man Championship, his father selected him to represent the tribe in hopes of him meeting people who can help him develop emotions. He is also the leader of the Running Men.
