Fitness culture has programmed us to believe that we're never doing enough.
If you're weight lifting regularly, then you should be doing both yoga and cardio too, why can't you run a sub-25 5k or do a split yet?
If you're cutting fast food out of your diet, then you should also be going vegan and only eating organic, come on stop buying from the grocery store and get all your ingredients from the local farmers market so you can do weekly food prep every Sunday.
If you're trying out therapy, you also need to limit stress in your life and prioritize self care above all else, why can't you find the time to meditate for 30 minutes every morning and handle your mental illness without medication?
There will always be "more" that you could do, but that doesn't mean you're obligated to even try. Our lives have limitations - Prioritize what you think is important to spend your time and energy on, even if that means browsing Tumblr every afternoon as a way to unwind.
You don't have to optimize every single minute of your day.
