Keep on Running

Should I join the gym here? I’ve been getting increasingly worried about the air quality and pollution when running outside - its so so bad here and so bad for my lungs, most days it qualifies as unhealthy and its advised you wear a mask outside at all times. 

The gym is like £33 a month and I’d go at least 12 times a month so it would be worth it cost-wise, and its the most beautiful gym I have EVER SEEN. 

I’d have to pay in one go, so it’s a big chunk of money but then I wouldn’t have to pay anything for the rest of my time here.

Happy new year! Finally things are back to normal - I had a great time with my fam and was sad to see them go! We went to Cat Ba Island and saw loads of Hà Nội sights.

Now I’m trying to get to grips with my New Year’s Resolutions but I haven’t even properly worked them out yet - apart from drastically eating less meat! I made a yummy recipe from my new cookbook and worked out and tomorrow hopefully I’ll run.

Hello angels. My family has been visiting this past week so I’ve been sightseeing and being touristy. My fitness and healthy eating has gone completely down the pan which I’m trying hard to not be stressed about! Anyway hopefully in a few days when they shoot off I can get back to normal!
